In the month of February 2019,\nFSL-India\u2019s LTV Bangalore region organised a Mid-Term Evaluation (MTE) for our Bangalore\nand Mysore Long Term Volunteers at Mysore.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The event took place between 18th\nto 19th February 2019 @ Mysore. There were around 14 Volunteers from AFS & EG,\nGermany who took part in the evaluation. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

The main\nobjective of the MTE is to evaluate the volunteer\u2019s learnings and contributions,\nin order to develop appropriate strategies to attain quality results.To create a\nplatform for volunteers to evaluate the progress made in their projects, based\non the expected outcome. Make space for volunteers to identify and express the\nnew learnings\/knowledge\/skills gained during the program and to reflect on how\nit can be helpful in the future.<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n

The LTV team organised different\nactivities like personal development, outlook on the future, project challenges\nand progress, cultural and intercultural learning and baseline survey. We also conducted\nsome games and energisers, to make the evaluation more interesting.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
