To create a platform for\nvolunteers to evaluate the progress made in their project, based on the\nexpected outcome. Make space for volunteers to identify and express the new\nlearnings\/knowledge\/skills gained during the program, and to reflect on how it\ncan be helpful in the future.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"1024\" height=\"768\" src=\"http:\/\/fsl-india.org\/blog2\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/02\/6-1024x768.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-15456\" srcset=\"https:\/\/fsl-india.org\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/02\/6-1024x768.jpg 1024w, https:\/\/fsl-india.org\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/02\/6-300x225.jpg 300w, https:\/\/fsl-india.org\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/02\/6-768x576.jpg 768w, https:\/\/fsl-india.org\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/02\/6-360x270.jpg 360w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 1024px) 100vw, 1024px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>The LTV team organised different\nactivities like personal development, outlook on the future, project challenges\nand progress, cultural and intercultural learning, and baseline survey.
