FSL-India conducted a 1-day Team Leader Training at Bhandarkars\u2019 College, Kundapur on 13th<\/sup> January 2019. As per the organisation\u2019s vision, our target audience is the youth to make them sustainable, overcome their stage fright and provide a safe environment through our sessions and activities. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

FSL-India\u2019s team\nconsisting of Mr Venkatesh, Mr Manjesh and Mr Dinesh were the facilitators. They\ntook extra care to prepare the session plan, which was conducted by our\nPresident, Mr Rakesh Soans. Totally, 29 students and 1 teacher participated in\nour activities. The participants underwent\ndifferent practical, theoretical and outdoor sessions for their successful training\nand actively took part in each session and activities. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

The training started with a brief introduction on FSL-India, self-introductions and some ice breakers. Our facilitators explained the rules of the activity to the participant so they could  understand and also find the solution to the challenges. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

In the last part of the session, the group was divided into 4 smaller groups. The task given to each group was to draw a \u2018Leader with Quality\u2019. Each group had to prepare a chart and present their inner leader. The participants exhibited a lot of interest and excitement while carrying out this activity. All the participants did a good job and came up with many qualities they expected of a Leader. There was a lively discussion in the debriefing session which was concluded by the facilitators. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

In general, the participants were very energetic, involved, enthusiastic,\nmore supportive of each other and their motivation level was high even though\nit was late. All the group members thoroughly enjoyed the 1-day training.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

FSL-India\u2019s staff received very positive feedback for\nthe 1-day Team Leader Training from the staff and students of Bhandarkar\u2019s College.\n<\/p>\n\n\n\n
