{"id":13437,"date":"2017-07-10T17:12:08","date_gmt":"2017-07-10T11:42:08","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/fsl-india.org\/blog\/?p=13437"},"modified":"2017-08-06T03:04:39","modified_gmt":"2017-08-06T03:04:39","slug":"final-evaluation-for-nh-16-batch-27th-28th-june-2017","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/fsl-india.org\/blog\/final-evaluation-for-nh-16-batch-27th-28th-june-2017\/","title":{"rendered":"Final Evaluation for NH-16 Batch: 27th-28th June 2017"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">In the month of June, FSL-India organized a Final Evaluation (FE) for our Long Term Volunteers (LTVs) at KROSS, Bangalore.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/fsl-india.org\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/07\/NH16-FE-June-2017-2-low.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-13439\" src=\"http:\/\/fsl-india.org\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/07\/NH16-FE-June-2017-2-low.jpg\" alt=\"NH16-FE-June 2017 (2) low\" width=\"1000\" height=\"700\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><!--more-->This event was held on 28<sup>th <\/sup>&amp; 29<sup>th<\/sup> June 2017, in which there were 39 volunteers from AFS\/BMZ who took part in the FE. The main objective of the FE is to provide a platform to express the volunteers\u2019 learnings and evaluate their contribution to the projects\/HF. The LTV team also organized some games and energizers, to add more fun to the event.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/fsl-india.org\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/07\/NH16-FE-June-2017-4.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-13441 size-medium alignleft\" src=\"http:\/\/fsl-india.org\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/07\/NH16-FE-June-2017-4-300x225.jpg\" alt=\"NH16-FE-June 2017 (4)\" width=\"300\" height=\"225\" \/><\/a> <a href=\"http:\/\/fsl-india.org\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/07\/NH16-FE-June-2017-3.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-13440 size-medium alignnone\" src=\"http:\/\/fsl-india.org\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/07\/NH16-FE-June-2017-3-300x225.jpg\" alt=\"NH16-FE-June 2017 (3)\" width=\"300\" height=\"225\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">During their free time, the volunteers discussed with each other, shared their feelings and were highly motivated. In the evening of the first day, the volunteers had a one-to-one meeting with their coordinators. All these discussions made the volunteers review their learning in India. We, the LTV staff, consider this evaluation to be a success.
