{"id":13252,"date":"2017-06-01T16:49:55","date_gmt":"2017-06-01T11:19:55","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/fsl-india.org\/blog\/?p=13252"},"modified":"2017-08-06T03:23:08","modified_gmt":"2017-08-06T03:23:08","slug":"kundapur-orientation-may-2017","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/fsl-india.org\/blog\/kundapur-orientation-may-2017\/","title":{"rendered":"Kundapur Orientation: May 2017"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>In the month of May 2017, FSL-India, Kundapur hosted one Long Term Volunteer from France at the CEL (Centre for Experiential Living), Kundapur.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/fsl-india.org\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/06\/DSC01030-low.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-13253\" src=\"http:\/\/fsl-india.org\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/06\/DSC01030-low.jpg\" alt=\"DSC01030 low\" width=\"1000\" height=\"700\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The volunteer attended different practical, theoretical and outdoor sessions for a successful journey in India. The volunteer actively participated in each session. The FSL facilitators took extra care in organizing this orientation in which some sessions included conflict management, roles and responsibilities, Hindu philosophy, culture and Indian life style, project introduction and preparation with the coordinator. Every evening, different events were organized for the exchange of ICL (inter-cultural learning). FSL-India also organized some cultural activities in the free time like a Kundapur tour etc.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">All the FSL-India staff consider this orientation to be a success as the volunteer\u2019s feedback was very positive.
