The orientation was held at our Youth Training Centre, Kundapur.<\/p>\n<p><strong><a href=\"http:\/\/fsl-india.org\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/04\/DSC_6632-ED-low.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-13048\" src=\"http:\/\/fsl-india.org\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/04\/DSC_6632-ED-low.jpg\" alt=\"DSC_6632-ED low\" width=\"1000\" height=\"700\" \/><\/a><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/fsl-india.org\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/04\/DSC00753.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-13049 size-medium alignnone\" src=\"http:\/\/fsl-india.org\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/04\/DSC00753-300x180.jpg\" alt=\"DSC00753\" width=\"300\" height=\"180\" \/><\/a> <a href=\"http:\/\/fsl-india.org\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/04\/DSC00776.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-13050 size-medium alignnone\" src=\"http:\/\/fsl-india.org\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/04\/DSC00776-300x180.jpg\" alt=\"DSC00776\" width=\"300\" height=\"180\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The volunteers have undergone different practical, theoretical and outdoor sessions for their successful journey in India. The volunteers actively took part in each session. The FSL facilitators have taken extra care in organizing this orientation week, in which some sessions include conflict management, roles and responsibilities, Hindu philosophy, Culture and Indian life style, as well as project introduction along with the coordinators. Every evening, the coordinators organized different events for the exchange of ICL (inter-cultural learning). FSL-India also organized some cultural activities in their free time like henna, host family visit and tour of Kundapur etc.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/fsl-india.org\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/04\/DSC00817.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-13051 alignnone\" src=\"http:\/\/fsl-india.org\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/04\/DSC00817-300x180.jpg\" alt=\"DSC00817\" width=\"317\" height=\"190\" \/><\/a> <a href=\"http:\/\/fsl-india.org\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/04\/DSC00873.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-13047 alignnone\" src=\"http:\/\/fsl-india.org\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/04\/DSC00873-300x200.jpg\" alt=\"DSC00873\" width=\"287\" height=\"191\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">All the staff consider this orientation to be a success, as we have received positive feedback from the volunteers. I felt very safe and happy. I was very glad that we got to know all the staff members and especially our coordinator. We had lot of fun together. I also think that energizers are a good way to get motivation for the next session.<\/em><\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\"><em>I loved the atmosphere in the group, we already knew each other before and are really close.
