These programmes are funded by Apollo Foundation and being implemented by FSL-India during 2016-2017.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/fsl-india.org\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/03\/Distribution-of-nutrition-food-low.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-12910\" src=\"http:\/\/fsl-india.org\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/03\/Distribution-of-nutrition-food-low.jpg\" alt=\"Distribution of nutrition food low\" width=\"1000\" height=\"700\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p><!--more-->FSL-India has conducted several awareness programmes for anemic women of both severe as well as moderate haemoglobin (HB) status. The women were educated on the importance of the nutritional value of food to improve their health status. FSL-India gave a demonstration on healthy food which is affordable and accessible. Through these different programmes 370 women, i.e. 71 with severe and 300 with moderate HB status were benefited in the month of January 2017.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/fsl-india.org\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/03\/Distribution-of-nutrition-food-2-low.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-12909\" src=\"http:\/\/fsl-india.org\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/03\/Distribution-of-nutrition-food-2-low.jpg\" alt=\"Distribution of nutrition food 2 low\" width=\"1000\" height=\"700\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>Through these activities, the very poor, anemic women in these villages were benefited.
