{"id":12360,"date":"2017-01-05T15:51:09","date_gmt":"2017-01-05T10:21:09","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/fsl-india.org\/blog\/?p=12360"},"modified":"2017-08-06T08:26:36","modified_gmt":"2017-08-06T08:26:36","slug":"kundapur-orientation-jan-2017","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/fsl-india.org\/blog\/kundapur-orientation-jan-2017\/","title":{"rendered":"Kundapur Orientation Jan 2017"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">In the month of November 2016, FSL India has hosted 1 Long Term Volunteer from France and Finland at our Youth Training Center, Kundapur.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/fsl-india.org\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/01\/Blog-photo3-low.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-12363\" src=\"http:\/\/fsl-india.org\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/01\/Blog-photo3-low.jpg\" alt=\"blog-photo3-low\" width=\"1000\" height=\"700\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><!--more-->Volunteers have gone through different practical, theoretical and outdoor sessions for their successful journey in India. The volunteers actively took part in each session. The FSL facilitators have taken extra care in organizing this orientation week, in which some sessions include conflict management, roles and responsibilities, Hindu philosophy, Culture and Indian life style and project introduction and preparation with the coordinator.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/fsl-india.org\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/01\/Blog-photo2-low.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-12362 size-medium alignnone\" src=\"http:\/\/fsl-india.org\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/01\/Blog-photo2-low-300x210.jpg\" alt=\"blog-photo2-low\" width=\"300\" height=\"210\" \/><\/a><a href=\"http:\/\/fsl-india.org\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/01\/Blog-photo1-low.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-12361 size-medium alignnone\" src=\"http:\/\/fsl-india.org\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/01\/Blog-photo1-low-300x210.jpg\" alt=\"blog-photo1-low\" width=\"300\" height=\"210\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Every evening we have organized different events for the exchange of ICL (intercultural learning). FSL India also organized some culture activities in the free time like Henna, Bollywood movie and tour to Kundapur etc.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">We all staff, consider this orientation to be a success. According to the volunteer\u2019s feedback, we have received a positive feedback. Everything worked well and we are really satisfied with our work and result.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><a href=\"http:\/\/fsl-india.org\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/01\/Blog-photo4low.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter wp-image-12364 size-medium\" src=\"http:\/\/fsl-india.org\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/01\/Blog-photo4low-300x210.jpg\" alt=\"blog-photo4low\" width=\"300\" height=\"210\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<h3><strong>Feedback:<\/strong><\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Really nice. Atmosphere was really peaceful.<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u00a0The orientation is very important part to prepare for living in India.
