All the volunteers actively took part in each session.<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 90px;\"><a href=\"http:\/\/fsl-india.org\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/12\/MG_5385.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-12185  alignleft\" src=\"http:\/\/fsl-india.org\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/12\/MG_5385-200x300.jpg\" alt=\"_mg_5385\" width=\"224\" height=\"336\" \/><\/a><a href=\"http:\/\/fsl-india.org\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/12\/MG_5588.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-12187  alignnone\" src=\"http:\/\/fsl-india.org\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/12\/MG_5588-200x300.jpg\" alt=\"_mg_5588\" width=\"226\" height=\"339\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The FSL facilitators have taken extra care in organizing this\u00a0orientation week, in which some sessions include conducting activities in projects, country presentation, conflict management, roles and responsibilities, understanding peace, Hindu philosophy, Culture and Indian life style, project introduction and preparation with the coordinators.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/fsl-india.org\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/12\/MG_5417-low.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter wp-image-12186 size-medium\" src=\"http:\/\/fsl-india.org\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/12\/MG_5417-low-300x210.jpg\" alt=\"_mg_5417-low\" width=\"300\" height=\"210\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Host families and experienced volunteers were invited to share their experience and to talk about the daily life in the Indian family. Every evening we have organized different events for the exchange of ICL (intercultural learning). FSL India also organized some culture activities during the free time like Henna, Bollywood movie, tour to Kundapur the local small town and Bollywood dance etc. The volunteers had a chance to present their country and do activities in projects.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/fsl-india.org\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/12\/MG_5191Low.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter wp-image-12183 size-medium\" src=\"http:\/\/fsl-india.org\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/12\/MG_5191Low-300x210.jpg\" alt=\"_mg_5191low\" width=\"300\" height=\"210\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">We all staff, consider this orientation to be a success. According to the volunteer\u2019s feedback, we have received a positive feedback. Everything worked well and we are really satisfied with our work and result.<\/p>\n<h4 style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Feedback: <\/strong><\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">The orientation will help me because I have learned a lot about the Indian lifestyle, Kannada and manners.
