The main objective of the MTE is to create a platform for the volunteers to evaluate the progress made in project based on the expected outcome.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter wp-image-11214 size-full\" src=\"http:\/\/fsl-india.org\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/10\/DSC_1635.jpg\" alt=\"MTE - Kundapur\" width=\"1000\" height=\"588\" \/><!--more--><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><a href=\"http:\/\/fsl-india.org\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/10\/MG_1249.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-medium wp-image-11215 alignright\" src=\"http:\/\/fsl-india.org\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/10\/MG_1249-300x153.jpg\" alt=\"MTE - Kundapur\" width=\"300\" height=\"153\" \/><\/a>LTV team organized different activities like host family skit presentation, session about challenges, motivation and open discussion. We also conducted some games and energizers to make the evaluation more interesting.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">We, all LTV staff, consider this evaluation to be a success. Moreover, according\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 to the volunteer&#8217;s feedback, it has actually been successful. Everything worked\u00a0well and we are really satisfied with our work and result<a href=\"http:\/\/fsl-india.org\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/10\/trail12.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-medium wp-image-11216 alignleft\" src=\"http:\/\/fsl-india.org\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/10\/trail12-300x169.jpg\" alt=\"MTE-Kundapur\" width=\"300\" height=\"169\" \/><\/a>s.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Feedback from volunteers:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Relationship with coordinators and coordination got much better!<\/li>\n<li>Good food.<\/li>\n<li>Relaxing environment.<\/li>\n<li>Helpful talks.<\/li>\n<li>Thank you for the nice time.
