{"id":10906,"date":"2016-08-18T16:43:23","date_gmt":"2016-08-18T11:13:23","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/fsl-india.org\/blog\/?p=10906"},"modified":"2016-08-18T16:43:23","modified_gmt":"2016-08-18T11:13:23","slug":"final-evaluation-kundapur","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/fsl-india.org\/blog\/final-evaluation-kundapur\/","title":{"rendered":"Final Evaluation- Kundapur"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">In the month of July we organized for a Final Evaluation (FE) for Long Term Volunteers (LTV) at Youth Training Center, FSL Kundapur<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">.<a href=\"http:\/\/fsl-india.org\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/08\/IMG_1830-Copy-blog.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-12110\" src=\"http:\/\/fsl-india.org\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/08\/IMG_1830-Copy-blog.jpg\" alt=\"img_1830-copy-blog\" width=\"1000\" height=\"607\" \/><\/a><a href=\"http:\/\/fsl-india.org\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/08\/IMG_20160726_103635-Copy-blog.jpg\"><br \/>\n<\/a><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><!--more--><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">This event took place on 25<sup>th<\/sup> &amp; 26<sup>nd<\/sup> July 2016, in which there were around 8 volunteers from IJGD who took part in the FE. The main objective of Final Evaluation is to provide platform to express volunteer\u2019s Learnings and evaluate their contribution to the projects\/ HF. LTV Kundapur team also organised for some games and energizers to add more fun in the event.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">During their free time volunteers discussed with each other, shared their feelings and was highly motivated. The fi<a href=\"http:\/\/fsl-india.org\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/08\/IMG_20160726_103635-Copy-blog.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignleft size-medium wp-image-12111\" src=\"http:\/\/fsl-india.org\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/08\/IMG_20160726_103635-Copy-blog-300x169.jpg\" alt=\"img_20160726_103635-copy-blog\" width=\"300\" height=\"169\" \/><\/a>rst day in the evening volunteers had a one-to-one meeting with their coordinators. All these discussions made the volunteers review their learnings in India.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">We, all LTV staff, consider this evaluation to be a success. Moreover, according\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 to the volunteer&#8217;s\u00a0\u00a0 feedback, it has actually been successful. However successful\u00a0\u00a0 it has also been challenging at some point. Despite this, everything worked well and we are really satisfied with our work and results.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u00a0Here the feedback form volunteers about the evaluation.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u201cI liked the final evaluation very much. There were good conversations and discussions and neither too much nor too little free time. Also thank you so much for the very sweet certificates. I really appreciate it\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cReally enjoyed the final evaluation. It was so much better in a small group, so much more time for discussion.
