Volunteers have gone through different sessions to be well prepared for their successful journey in India.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-10340 alignnone\" src=\"http:\/\/fsl-india.org\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/02\/IMG_8541.jpg\" alt=\"Volunteer-India\" width=\"283\" height=\"161\" \/>\u00a0\u00a0<img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-10338 alignnone\" src=\"http:\/\/fsl-india.org\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/02\/IMG_8372.jpg\" alt=\"Volunteer-India\" width=\"281\" height=\"160\" \/><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><!--more--><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">On orientation, we developed the activities we usually carry out for orientation week when more volunteers take part in it, such as Indian welcome, expectation and fear conflict in communication, Safety, Understand cultural indicator, Introduction about FSL India, Indian lifestyle, Social<a href=\"http:\/\/fsl-india.org\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/02\/IMG_8025.jpg\"><br \/>\n<\/a> <a href=\"http:\/\/fsl-india.org\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/02\/IMG_8372.jpg\"><br \/>\n<\/a> <a href=\"http:\/\/fsl-india.org\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/02\/IMG_8503.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-10339 alignnone\" src=\"http:\/\/fsl-india.org\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/02\/IMG_8503.jpg\" alt=\"Volunteer-India\" width=\"281\" height=\"160\" \/><\/a>\u00a0 \u00a0<img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-10337 alignnone\" src=\"http:\/\/fsl-india.org\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/02\/IMG_8025.jpg\" alt=\"Volunteer-India\" width=\"249\" height=\"161\" \/><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">concerns of India, project information, Indian pedagogy, volunteer\u2019s role and responsibility, Hindu philosophy &amp; a small tour of training center and SAP-K. Facilitators played some of Place for Peace games and volunteers really had fun. Overall we feel our volunteers will keep the volunteering spirit with them to bring changes in their and also in others life and will carry the same excitement throughout the stay.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">We, all LTV staff, consider this orientation to be a success. Moreover, according to the volunteers\u2019 feedback, it has actually been successful given that all feedback we have received is really positive. As the volunteer was along participant in the orientation, staff spent more time to make her feel comfortable.
