The session took 3\u00a0hours in the morning and we developed many different activities in this short time regarding health\u00a0and hygiene and environment.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><a href=\"http:\/\/fsl-india.org\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/02\/12.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-10273 alignnone\" src=\"http:\/\/fsl-india.org\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/02\/12.jpg\" alt=\"Volunteering -India-Health and Hygiene\" width=\"309\" height=\"178\" \/><\/a> <a href=\"http:\/\/fsl-india.org\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/02\/22.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-10274 alignnone\" src=\"http:\/\/fsl-india.org\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/02\/22.jpg\" alt=\"Volunteering -India-Health and Hygiene\" width=\"311\" height=\"179\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><!--more--><a href=\"http:\/\/fsl-india.org\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/02\/42.jpg\"><br \/>\n<\/a> First of all, we put into practice some Play for Peace activities in order to make the kids\u00a0relax and feel comfortable within the group. We think some energizers or ice-breakers before every\u00a0activity will help the children to retain more information and benefit their leaning process and also\u00a0to feel more free to participate.\u00a0Afterwards we gave a presentation about health and hygiene and sexual abuse cases in\u00a0which the children participated and maintained discussion with us. We talked about examples from\u00a0our daily life and how to protect our health from sicknesses and other health issues. We also\u00a0discussed about the role of the kids in society regarding all these issues.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-10278 alignnone\" src=\"http:\/\/fsl-india.org\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/02\/61.jpg\" alt=\"Volunteering -India-Health and Hygiene\" width=\"311\" height=\"179\" \/><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-10277 alignnone\" src=\"http:\/\/fsl-india.org\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/02\/5.jpg\" alt=\"Volunteering -India-Health and Hygiene\" width=\"303\" height=\"176\" \/><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">After a shortbreak and another Play for Peace activity we had a tour all over our training\u00a0centre showing them thedifferent plants and work we carry out here (nursery, compost tank, SAP-K\u00a0area, etc).\u00a0Then, we divided the kids in smaller groups and did a nice activity in which they have to\u00a0collect materials from nature and make a collage out of them. When this activity was over, we\u00a0closed the session with the children expressing their feelings towards these activities.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><a href=\"http:\/\/fsl-india.org\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/02\/3.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-10275 alignnone\" src=\"http:\/\/fsl-india.org\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/02\/3.jpg\" alt=\"Volunteering -India-Health and Hygiene\" width=\"318\" height=\"184\" \/><\/a><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-10276 alignnone\" src=\"http:\/\/fsl-india.org\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/02\/42.jpg\" alt=\"Volunteering -India-Health and Hygiene\" width=\"311\" height=\"180\" \/><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">We are looking forward to a new session like this where school children can learn so\u00a0positive values.
