FSL-India Organized Hand in Land work camp at Kundapura from 5^th to 18^th December 2016. The theme of the work camp is Agriculture, Yoga, Culture & kids.

During the first week of camp conducted Indian welcome, worked for rain water harvesting by renovating trenches in FSL-India training center, Planted fruit plants, visited Organic farm, Kundapura town tour, Painting and educational drawing at school, Had yoga session.

First week of the camp Did Beautiful fenced Kitchen Garden maintenance and different skilled activities Kanyana Gudde Angadi School and Totally 26 Children, 2 School staff, 2 Kitchen helper and 7 SCDMC Member took initiative in this program. Visited cashew factory to know about cashew-nut processing and had interaction with workers, Fruit Plant maintenance activities by Weeding and Composting 10 Plants, Nadef Compost Preparing,Bio-mass collection, Jeevamruta making Visited Nammaboomi local NGO, henna culture activity, conducted country presentation of Italy, Hong Kong and children were curious to know about other countries, Bollywood dance facilitated by Mr. Dinesha.

Full Moon Day visited Koteshwara Kotilingeswara temple, Koteshwara Lake, Hanuman statue and visited Indian family on Festival time had lunch with Indian Family and participated in Kodi Habba Procession at Koteshwara Main Street. Planned all activities completed by team work. During the camp Mr. Jordi and Cristiano from Italy, Ms. Kaye from Hong Kong and team leader Mr. Dinesha, Ms. Marta and TC volunteers & staff took part in this work camp.

Volunteers enjoyed having hand in experience and having interaction with school children. Paper Bag making Session and Puppet show is very good feedback from school committee and Staff. Enjoyed the work and understanding about different cultures. Gudde Angadi School appreciated the effort and contribution of volunteers.
