On Saturday 25^th February. First time,Kundapura FSL- Staff and volunteers together working for fund raising for tent school through selling  paper products.

Splited  in 2 groups,  one group was  in Kundapura  weekly market another one was in  Shastri circle. We sold paper products such as, pen stand, photo frame, cotton bag and visiting card boxes.

We got a good response from people about our  products which was produced by ourselves. We are happy  because successfully we do a good job, In the upcoming days also, we have planned  to sell more products and to make more fund for tent school project.

Migrated people from different parts of Karnataka state and other state people are located around   Kundapura Taluk. They are  doing  labor work in construction work, farming, etc. all over the year. The children from these  communities  do not  go to school  to get education due to language barrier. Even, the  elder children of the family have to take care of their younger siblings, making it very hard  for them to get education.

From FSL- volunteers and teachers give  education for tent  children who do not go to regular school. Volunteers will  utilize they received  funds for the children education purpose and giving nutritious  food for them.
