Work camp department organized 2 days special work camp for work camp team leaders on 22^nd and 23^rd of May 2015 with collaboration of HBP team.

Mr. Jeevan gave orientation on SAP-K (Sustainable agriculture project- Kundapur) to work camp team leaders and all prepared 2 days activity list and time schedule. First day we divided ourselves as 4 groups and each group assigned to identify different type of trees in training center. This zone mapping helped to identify different types of tree and also to grow more plants which is not available in the center.

Afternoon all team leaders engaged in renovation of Trenches where they removed soil and   dry leaves from the existed trenches, which will help to percolate the rain water in ground in rainy season.On 2^nd day work started with construction of gully plugs in SAP-K area which help to protect soil erosion and also to minimize speed level of flowing water. All members collected stone and constructed one model gully plug.

  

Its a good experience to all team leaders about SAP-K related activities and helped them to plan future work camp activities according to this experience. All the work camp team leaders able to explain about  activities implemented ,impact of the work  done to the volunteers
