In Hyundai Dream Village Project-ll @ Vallakottai village, FSL-India organized a skill training workshop for selected 17 household women for livelihood promotion.

The food processing training was held at the Panchayat community hall, Vallakotai from 1^st to 4^th Dec. 2015.

The four day program involves individual and group exercises. Women were actively involved in this workshop; with proper guidance from the trainer they themselves prepared varieties of South Indian recipes. They were not only taught how to make food,  but also to prepare food hygienically,  to keep the area/ utensils clean, how to managing food safety, Food safety management procedures, Suppliers, Trace ability, Personal hygiene, General food safety regulations.

As a follow up, this group will be formed as an entrepreneur group for mass production and turnover.
