Sea-turtle drawing and sand sculpture competition at Gangolli.

FSL-India, Kundapur conducted a drawing and sand sculpture competition  on 6th November  at  Gangolli government school related to sea turtle conservation.  Tenkanidiyoor and Barkur  MSW college students, Gangolli Bhagath Singh youth club, Ambedkar youth club also helped to organize this competition.

First we had a drawing competition on sea turtle conservation, turtle species, the food chain, threats for turtles and so on. In this competition 8 interested students participated. After that 28 students participated in the sand sculpture competition. All students participated well and conveyed the sea turtle conservation information to the community. Bhagath singh and Ambedkar youth club members from Gangolli  sponsored ice creams and  prizes for the winners of  the competition.   School staff, community and youth club members greatly appreciated FSL’s contribution.
