In the month of July 2016, FSL India Bangalore has hosted 3 long Term Volunteers from three different nationalities (i,e. Germany, France and Sweden).

Volunteer have gone through different sessions to be well prepared for their successful journey in India.

Regarding orientation, we developed the activities which we usually carry out during the orientation week, such as Indian welcome, expectation and fear conflict in communication, Safety, Understand cultural indicator, Introduction about FSL India, Indian lifestyle, Social concerns of India, project information, Indian pedagogy, volunteerism role and responsibilities.

Overall we feel our volunteer will keep the volunteering spirit with them to bring in changes in their as well as others life and will carry the same excitement throughout their stay in India.
