We are happy to inform you all that this month of November we are still celebrating these monthly sessions for local adolescents, boys and girls, in order to help them to understand the changes and challenges they might experience in this stage of life.

This month, 59 girls from 10^th standard- Mookambika High School (Mavinakatte) benefitted from the sessions conducted by doctors from KMC- Manipal Hospital. They talked about interesting topics, such as stress management, physical and psychological health and hygiene, menstrual challenges and social pressure and support.

The girls engaged from 10 am to 4 pm in the sessions and different dynamics and enjoyed delicious lunch in our Training Centre. One teacher accompanied them during all the session.

After this successful session, we are looking forward for next one in December!
