The LTV Get-together is organised in Pondicherry for the month of January 12^th and 13^th at Anbalayam. Altogether 11 volunteers from Bangalore Region participated in the get together.  The LTV team FSL-India facilitated the get-together.

The primary focus of the get-together was to know the progress on the inter-cultural learning and project activities assigned to each volunteer. On the first day of get together we painted an orphanage called Anbalayam where 25 children are living together and getting free education, food and accommodation. FSL choose this organisation to paint because children wanted to have very good atmosphere in the home.

2^nd day of the Get together we had project evaluation with the volunteer. The objective of this activity is to know the progress and challenge that they are facing at present. The activity name is Project graph where volunteer should draw a graph and talk about their pros and cons of their activity. Also FSL coordinators have given them lot of suggestion and solution of each volunteer’s problem.

Feedback on get together:

• The work we did brought a lot of fun and I think we really did something in the few time we had, I was fine with accommodation & food as usual, and Project evaluation is good, Thank you FSL for your support & appreciation! You are great and I will miss you a lot! Keep going!
• Meet other volunteers, talk with them about their experiences, 1 to 1 talk, painting idea was fun, nice to see other projects, grateful for the chance to travel other places like Pondicherry,
• Meeting friends from Orientation week + new persons, project visit painting was very nice, being together talking exchanging, getting to know about other projects
• It’s very happy to meet other volunteers again and 1 to 1 talk is really need
