In the month of July we organized for a Final Evaluation (FE) for Long Term Volunteers (LTV) at Youth Training Center, FSL Kundapur

This event took place on 25^th & 26^nd July 2016, in which there were around 8 volunteers from IJGD who took part in the FE. The main objective of Final Evaluation is to provide platform to express volunteer’s Learnings and evaluate their contribution to the projects/ HF. LTV Kundapur team also organised for some games and energizers to add more fun in the event.

During their free time volunteers discussed with each other, shared their feelings and was highly motivated. The first day in the evening volunteers had a one-to-one meeting with their coordinators. All these discussions made the volunteers review their learnings in India.

We, all LTV staff, consider this evaluation to be a success. Moreover, according     to the volunteer’s   feedback, it has actually been successful. However successful   it has also been challenging at some point. Despite this, everything worked well and we are really satisfied with our work and results.
