Cultural Event in Kanchipuram & Mysore

In the month of February 2017, FSL India LTV Bangalore region organized for a Cultural Event (CE) at Mysore and Kanchipuram zone under different Theme.Chennai low

Mysore: Theme: Religion: In the morning they began their journey from the meeting point and visited Mysore palace. The Palace of Mysore is a historical palace in the city of Mysore in Karnataka, southern India. It is the official residence and seat of the Wodeyars— the rulers of Mysore, the royal family of Mysore, who ruled the princely state from 1399 to 1950. The palace houses two durbar halls and incorporates an array of courtyards, gardens, and buildings. In the afternoon they had lunch together after which our Coordinator had 1 to 1 talk with volunteers about project and host family.

Kanchipuram: Theme: History:  In the Kanchipuram zone there was one volunteer who participated in the CE and they visited Manimandabam – There are five memorials within a single campus – Rajaji Memorial, Gandhi Mandapam, Bhaktavatsalam Ninaividam, Kamarajar Ninaivagam, Thiyagigal Mandapam and Rettaimalai Sreenivasan Mani Mandapam. In the afternoon they had lunch together after which our Coordinator had 1 to 1 talk with volunteers about project and host family.
