FSL-India is happy to inform you that, for the 4h time, we have successfully conducted the International Team Leader Training (ITLT) at our Centre for Experiential Living (CEL), Kundapur.
This time, 14 participants from Germany, Sweden and India (from different parts of the country), joined hands for 3 days, in order to learn about how to boost their leadership skills, how to manage cultural differences efficiently and how to apply work camps as a community development tool.
It has been 3 days of loads of learnings and fun.
The pedagogy of our trainings are not based on lecturing, but on group dynamics, in which the group is given a challenge and, afterwards, we discuss about what happened and the learning outcomes.
We had sessions on topics such as group bonding, leadership skills, community social responsibility or group formation.
According to participants’ feedback, we have statements like the following: ‘I feel lucky to be part of this training’, ‘Overall, it is simply awesome’ or ‘Activities, trainers, environment, methodologies are mind-blowing’.
We are extremely happy with the results of this training and proud of the work we have done.
We are looking forward to new training opportunities. If you wish to have similar sessions in your organization or institution, please do not hesitate to contact us!
