In the month of December 2016, FSL India Bangalore has hosted 1 Long Term Volunteer (LTV) from Sweden. Volunteer has gone through different sessions to be well prepared for her successful journey in India.
Regarding the orientation, we had developed the activities which we usually carry out during the orientation week covered the following sessions: Indian welcome, Expectation and Fears, Conflict in communication, Safety, Understand Cultural Indicator, Introduction about FSL India, Indian lifestyle, and Social concerns of India, project information and Indian pedagogy, volunteer’s role and responsibility.

- There are some session more interesting for me they are Project introduction, pedagogy, 1 to 1 talk with coordinator, Host family interaction and Horse’s mouth.
