Celebrating Children’s Day- fun and frolic!!!
Children’s day in India is celebrated on November 14th every year as a tribute of children day on the birthday of Jawaharlal Nehru, the first prime minister of India.
My experience in Mysore Dasara !!
From the 10th to 13th of October I visited Mysore, a big city in the south of Karnataka. I was amazed by this crowded mega city and touristic destination, in contrast to the small-town of Kundapur, where I used to live and work for one year. The reason for my trip with the sleeper train was Dasara.
Kundapur region – Culture Meet Nov 2016 !!
On 10th November 2016 the culture meet was held for Kundapur region volunteers, in which three volunteers participated. Every month we organise for cultural meet for our Praktikawelten volunteers in which we take them to any cultural and historical places which is located in and around Kundapur.
Pipe compost at our Youth Training Center – Kundapur
On 7th November 2016 , In our Training Center we set up two cement pipes in which we will develop pipe composting activity . This is an innovative method which has already been implemented in India and working successfully.
