FSL India is organized the First Quarterly Evaluation for 2015 – 2016 batch Weltwärts and IJFD pax. which was held between 2nd and 4th December 2015 in Organization for the Development of People (ODP). There were 24 volunteers and 4 FSL staff participated.

Overall objective of QTE: To ensure volunteers understanding about their project, host family system and the intercultural acceptance through evaluation and to help participants settle on their future actions.

Activities conducted:

-Host family skit presentation – Regarding host family

-Activity, Challenges, Progress and Expected outcome – regarding work

-Discussion on safety

-Motivation now and after – regarding volunteerism

Some feedback from Volunteer:

-Good to share experience

-Good topic

-Very good food, super accommodation, interesting and enriching sessions

-Good accommodation and food but the interviewers uses too late

-Sessions much better than orientation week

-very interesting to exchange experience and different views

-Could be alone in half of the time

-Relaxed sessions nice atmosphere, I felt good thank you.
