November 13’th, We met for our 16th Social Leadership Training with 20 college students held at VSS college, Sadhanapura, Hunsur Taluk.

During the two days there were great learnings that we could take away with us. Exploring ones self, Leadership styles, communication skills, group dynamics, problem solving, SDG’s, Root cause analysis and finally project planning.

The highlight was to recognize and address the issues in their own surroundings, and ways to solve these issues through community actions and micro projects which they will be running for the next 3 months. I will be handholding and mentoring the 4 groups for the next 6 months.
