FSL India organized the 15th Social Leadership Training (SLT) that promotes Social Leadership and Personal Social Responsibility. The training took place at our very own Centre for Experiential Learning at Kundapur on the 9th and 10th of October, 2021.
A total of 14 youth from Lakshmi Soma Bangera Government College, Kota – Kundapur, local youth from youth groups and active Panchayat members of Kundapur taluk participated in the training.
The facilitators underwent a refresher training that was conducted by Mr. Rakesh Soans-President of FSL India who also gave his valuable inputs during the training.
The two day training resulted in participants developing a deep group bonding, experiencing empathy, practicing social skills, exploring root cause analysis, understanding the SDGs and the need for leadership skills and finally designing and planning a project.
At the end of the training the participants developed 4 Micro projects that will be implemented to address certain needs of the community.
FSL India will be closely working with them, guiding them in planning, knowledge sharing and evaluation as they implement these projects in the community.
