final-evaluation-kundapur-2After eleven-month volunteers gathered for this final meet and shared their experience with everyone, by seeing them we could see that there were lot of cultural changes (i.e. traditional clothing, flowers, ear rings, bangles, anklets). Though it was an official meet, volunteers had more fun and shared about the cultural learnings and shocks. During this FE, we covered different topics to review their learning. Volunteers shared their positive and negative experience, positively they highlighted about working style, travel, food, people helping mind, relationship and some of the volunteers said that they wish to implement this in their Home country and also want to share with their friends and families.

The volunteers really did good work in their project and created an impact. During the FE they shared about the impact on their work and recommendation to project and FSL, which will be useful for the upcoming volunteers

As this program is funded by the German ministry volunteer are requested not to forget the aim and goal set up by BMZ. In recognition of volunteer’s contribution to the FSL India’s project and for the remarkable work, the Deputy Director honored volunteers with certificates.
